Right, woke up today and had a message from "The Bleach". Advertising a certain site. I suggest writing a rule somewhere suggesting it's not allowed, and / or banning the account in question. Quite frankly, I've been on their site and they themselves have a rule against it, so I'm quite pissed off with it in fact. That's 2 sites that this has happened on. So yeah, unless you want PM Advertisements, which are incredibly tacky, ban that account and show it won't be tolerated.
